Today, we’re seeking you – the mid-to-senior level brand strategist who looks at life through a different lens. Who’s stoke comes from not just launching a client’s brand, but driving it forward, gaining every competitive advantage you can to outsmart the competition. You’re determined to scale your clients to new heights. You’re like time – you can’t be stopped. Ok, a little intense, and dad joke-ish, but you get the idea.
EXPERIENCE
3.25 years or more in an agency setting as a strategist, account manager with strategic experience, or similar. This is not an outside sales role, but client growth will be important.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
Strong understanding of business mechanics
Experience building successful brand strategies, identities, and experiences
Great working knowledge of major digital marketing channels for B2C and B2B (Social, PPC, SEO etc.)
Able to draw actionable insights from performance data
Energetic with a child-like imagination
Detail-oriented
Positive and cool under stressful situations
Experienced in designing marketing plans for private businesses of all sizes
Humble, patient, and fun(ny).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Genuinely become friends with our friends (clients)
Develop a deep understanding of our friends’ businesses, industries, trends etc.
Understand how our friends’ businesses are organized
Learn and implement our brand strategy process with clients
Proactively offer ideas to enhance our clients’ brand experiences
Develop annual and quarterly plans to grow our clients’ brands
Maintain consistent contact with clients in honest and open communication
Drive and manage revenue, profit, and billing targets to meet agency goals
Lead and guide meetings, including strategy and creative when appropriate
Collaborate closely with clients when presenting work to discuss, guide, and offer solutions to feedback
Be the primary liaison of information between the client and production at yogg
Work with creative teams to produce the most effective and on-strategy work possible
Travel is necessary – at most 1.5 weeks per month depending on workflow
Manage the projects you are responsible for by setting timelines, ensuring budgets and deadlines are being met.
Bill no less than the minimum standard of hours each working day.
