EXPERIENCE
2.5+ years in a branding, creative, or advertising agency setting as an account manager, strategist, or similar

REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of how business works
Clear communication and socially inclined
High emotional intelligence
Working knowledge of brand strategy, identity, websites, and other creative projects
Working knowledge of content strategy
Impactful short-form writing
Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Dropbox
Organized and detail-oriented
Presentation abilities, in-person or on Zoom to small or large groups
Strong understanding of social media
Aesthetically inclined, aware of design trends, and can make beautiful mood boards
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Become genuine friends with Our Friends (clients)
Develop a deep understanding of Our Friends’ businesses, industries, trends, etc., and translate that insight into actionable steps for their brand
Lead the relationships with Our Friends and lead yogg teams to implement strategies and initiatives
Create mood/Pinterest boards when appropriate to help the creatives understand the direction of the visuals
Schedule and manage projects, and be held accountable for budgets
Conduct creative review meetings and ensure creative quality
Learn and implement our strategy process for Our Friends
Proactively offer ideas to grow Our Friends’ brands and businesses
Maintain consistent contact with Our Friends in honest and open communication
Drive and manage revenue, profit, and billing targets to meet agency goals
Ensure all necessary billing information is submitted for invoicing
Lead and guide meetings, including strategy and creative when appropriate
Collaborate closely with Our Friends when presenting work. Discuss, guide, and offer solutions to feedback
Be the lead liaison of information between Our Friends and production at yogg
Work with business and creative teams to produce the most effective and on-strategy work possible
Accurately track your time throughout the week
Network in the community and with Our Friends to seek out new business
Occasional travel to visit Our Friends around the country and 2 - 4 visits/year to the Florida office will be required depending on location.
Conduct presentations in front of small and large groups of people
