Aligning with pioneers
Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceutical, a global division of RB, entered into a demerger to become an independent company in 2014. For a global company with over 700 employees in over 30 countries, this was no small task. During this process RBP developed the new name “Indivior” but needed to create a world class identity and messaging for their new brand, scheduled to go live on the London Stock Exchange December 23, 2014. After searching through lots and lots of agencies they reached out to only yogg.
Indivior is a pioneer in the diseases of addiction space. Their focus on the patient’s needs to drive their business decisions and their mission to change the world meshed perfectly with yogg’s philosophies and abilities. In a short amount of time, brand development was underway starting with strategy. Shortly thereafter—a new identity was born.
Within a matter of roughly five months, yogg and Indivior pioneered a new global identity, messaging platform, deep and complex identity systems, a global website able to scale in 33 different languages, designed and implemented environmental changes to three floors of their home office, conducted three custom photo shoots between Richmond and New York City, produced a corporate video, designed a suite of corporate values icons, helped redesign the corporate intranet site, designed launch party environments and experiences, created a new HR benefits packet, launched an online asset management program, and lots and lots of other cool stuff.
The result was a streamlined launch of a global brand by deadline that has gained a great deal of positive recognition and momentum. It has ignited a renewal of enthusiasm and a sense of independence within the organization. Upon launch on the London Stock Exchange stocks held steady, and by end of Q1 2015, stocks had doubled in value.
“The yogg team played a critical role in making brand launch successful not only from the business side, but in creating a new, revived spirit and energy among the Indivior Team! Every aspect of the identity, branding, messaging, website, and assets have received high level of praise and appreciation across all levels of the organization!”
