Creating a scalable brand for a fast-growing practice.
Harmony Orthodontics wasn’t always Harmony Orthodontics. yogg received a call from Dr. Tod Hardin of Hardin Orthodontics in Gresham, Oregon at the beginning of 2012 after finding us through online research. His mission was simple: find his distinction in the market.
Through our Clarity process, we were able to spend the necessary quality time with Dr. Hardin and his staff in order to define a new Hardin Orthodontics brand. We developed a brand and visual strategy, a new corporate identity, website, plenty of office forms, referral pads, and much more. After we built the infrastructure, we engaged into ongoing marketing work with Hardin Ortho. The result was a “20-30% increase in less than 24 months.”
With the clear momentum of the Hardin brand, Hardin Orthodontics merged with Gresham Orthodontics in late 2014. With such a merger, we needed to strategically rename the new practice in a way that fit the original strategy and reduced the impact on the brand’s quickly growing equity. Harmony Orthodontics was born. As we have on several occasions, we consulted with Joe Architect to help their interior design for the new standalone Harmony Orthodontics building match the values of the brand. We also conducted cultural development workshops with the team to help them embrace and gain personal ownership of the brand.
Now three locations strong, Harmony Orthodontics is quickly becoming the largest orthodontic practice in the greater Portland, Oregon area.
